Congregational Meeting: Sunday, 30 March 2008
We had a new election at Saint Andrew's-on-the-Mount on Sunday, 30 March 2008, in response to concerns of the bishop. According to canons, we have constituted a new vestry.
The following persons are current vestry members of Saint Andrew's-on-the-Mount, duly sworn and qualified:
Kathryn Bailey Conant
Edith Evelyn Ayres
Mary Louise MacElwee
Preston Roush
We will be holding our first meeting of the new vestry at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, 9 April 2008, at the church. At that time we will elect our officers for the future. We will notify you then of the names of our wardens, clerk, and treasurer and other contacts for the Diocesan Directory. We expect to keep our present trustees: John Conant, Sandra Cookson, and Marian Auer.
We have also arranged for our next celebration of the Holy Eucharist by the Rev. Joseph Mackov on Sunday, 20 April 2008, at 11:00 am. We continue services every Sunday without Eucharist when we have no supply priest scheduled.
