The voice of the remnant

Victor+ Lawson told me yesterday that he likes this blog but "some people" say that I should state that this is not an official blog of Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount Episcopal Church. I, Kate Conant, do not claim to speak "officially" for Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount Episcopal Church: I speak only to spread the good word of what we are doing on the mountain. I have only been here for eighteen years. I do not own Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount, I do not run Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount, I am not employed by Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount; I am a regular communicant at Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount, I am a licensed lay reader, volunteer organist, lector, chalice bearer, occasional cantor, I love Saint Andrew's on-the-Mount past, present, and future, and I love and profess the Holy Trinity: creator, redeemer, empowerer now and forever, Amen.
